May 12th 2010.
The quotation has been realized through a „reverse takeover” of the 4A Capital AG. The 4A Captial was based in Zurich and is now situated in Zug under the name of Barclay Technologies.

Barclay Technologies Holding AG is the exclusive global proprietor of all licenses and owner of all present and future technologies of its subsidiaries, the Barclay Technologies (Schweiz) AG and the Barclay Technologies Incorporated USA.
